Payment
Once you place an order, the invoice created by the system appears under “お支払い” (Payments) in the ordering system. We ship your products after confirming payment.

Delivery
Follow every stage on screen: payment confirmation, shipping, issuance of the import confirmation and delivery. Once your order ships, you can see the tracking number on the order screen. We keep temperature and humidity controlled all the way to you.

AI can also compare quotes for you. Just send us a quote you received elsewhere. The AI compares the total cost, including shipping, fees and consumption tax, and a member of our staff checks the quote and our notes before sending them to you.

From application
to your first order.
After you apply for membership, just follow the guidance on screen. The ordering system is in Japanese.

Membership application
Click “Sign up” to open the membership application. You only need basic details, such as your institution’s name and contact information. Your address fills in from the postal code.

Approval notice
Once we approve your application, we email you a registration link. Use it to set your password. The link is valid for 24 hours; if it expires, you can request a new one from the login screen.

Agreement
On screen, you agree to the terms of use and to entrusting the import procedures to us. This is done once per institution and covers every doctor you register.

Doctor registration
Register each doctor’s name and an image of their medical license. The kana and romanized names fill in automatically. Your delivery address is created from your application, so you only need to check it.

Our staff check the medical license and mark it as verified. This is needed only once — not for later orders.
